Your My Surgery Website replacement, signed off by doctors.
My Surgery Website hosting ends on 31 March 2027, and support has already stopped. We build bespoke GP practice websites, move your existing content across free, and if you ever leave us, we move it out free too. You won’t be stranded again.
£399 a year. No setup fee. Not sure if your site is affected? Check your practice’s web address.
Your supplier closing should never leave you without a website
That is what is happening to My Surgery Website practices now. So we put the exit in writing from day one.
- If you ever leave, we move your site to your next provider free of charge.
- No exit fee. After the first year, 30 days’ notice.
- Your domain stays in your practice’s name, never ours.

Questions practices ask before switching
When does My Surgery Website stop working?
Support and site updates stopped on 1 September 2026. Hosting stops completely on 31 March 2027, when agreements terminate. A practice that has not moved by then has no website.
Do we have to move to the supplier My Surgery Website recommends?
No. Practices are being pointed towards one successor supplier, but that is a default, not an obligation. You can choose any provider.
Will we lose anything from our existing site?
We move your existing pages, patient-services links and news across for you, at no charge. You check and sign off everything before it goes live.
What about our domain name?
Your domain stays yours. If it currently sits in a supplier account, we help you move it into your practice’s own name as part of the switch. We never hold a customer’s domain.
What does it cost?
£399 a year, with no setup fee. The first year is committed, then you can leave with 30 days’ notice. Your price is locked for five years.
What if we leave you later?
We move your site to your next provider free of charge. No exit fee. You won’t be stranded again.
