For community pharmacies in England and Wales

The pharmacy website that sends patients to you first.

Pharmacy First front-and-centre in England, the Common Ailments Service in Wales, repeat-prescription ordering in the hero, travel-vaccine and weight-management clinic booking, free home delivery sign-up. Each pharmacist’s GPhC number on the team page, your premises registration in the footer. Built by clinicians who’ve spent thirty seconds explaining what Pharmacy First is and decided the website should do that instead.

✓ Pharmacy First or Common Ailments foregrounded ✓ Bilingual as standard in Wales ✓ Repeat ordering in the hero ✓ GPhC registration linked clearly
England or Wales

We get the NHS service right for your nation.

Pharmacy First is an England scheme. Welsh pharmacies run different NHS services, under a different contract, and patients expect a bilingual website. A template built for England gets this wrong. Ours knows both.

Pharmacies in England

  • NHS Pharmacy First and its seven conditions in the homepage hero
  • When to use the pharmacy, the GP or NHS 111, in plain English
  • Repeat ordering, with the NHS App pathway explained
  • New Medicine Service, contraception and blood pressure checks where you offer them
  • GPhC premises and pharmacist registrations linked to the register

Pharmacies in Wales

  • Common Ailments Service foregrounded, with the conditions you treat listed
  • Emergency contraception, Emergency Medicines Supply and seasonal vaccination
  • Pharmacist Independent Prescribing, where your pharmacy is commissioned
  • Signposting to NHS 111 Wales and the NHS Wales App
  • Welsh and English on every page as standard, at no extra cost
Already using a pharmacy app?

Keep it. We build the website around it.

If your patients already order through PharmAppy, Healthera, Charac, Hey Pharmacist or your PMR’s own app, we point your repeat-ordering and booking buttons straight at it. You keep the tools your team knows, and get a fast, clinician-written website on top, without a large up-front build fee.

Same flat pricing as our other practices

£399/yr site. Most pharmacies add booking. Everything else is optional.

No per-pharmacist fees. No "premium pharmacy tier" with the same software hidden behind a different colour. The same pricing whether you’re a single shop or a five-branch independent group.

Deposits, packages & consultation fees

1.5% + 20p/transaction

Take deposits for travel-vaccine appointments, so no-shows cost the patient, not you. Package multi-jab travel courses, weight-management three-month plans, hair-loss six-month courses. Stripe passthrough, no markup.

Who we work with

Built for every kind of community pharmacy.

Whether you’re a single independent shop, a small group, an NHS Pharmacy First site, or a pharmacist-led private clinic, the same flat pricing, the same compliance, the same audience-first design.

NHS walk-in services

Pharmacy First in England, the Common Ailments Service in Wales, foregrounded as a walk-in service. A patient-friendly explanation of when to use the pharmacy, the GP or 111.

Travel clinic pharmacies

Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre badging, antimalarial private prescribing flow, country-specific risk assessment, group-traveller bulk booking.

Weight management & aesthetics

GLP-1-aware copy that doesn’t promise outcomes, three-month plan template, suitability-questionnaire intake, monthly review scheduling.

Independent neighbourhood pharmacy

Family-faces team page, repeat-ordering in the hero, free home delivery sign-up, New Medicine Service (England) or Discharge Medicines Review (Wales), smoking cessation.

Sexual health & minor ailment clinics

Discreet self-service intake forms, private prescribing pathway, anonymous return-of-results, contraception and PrEP service framing.

Small groups & pharmacy federations

Shared branding across branches, per-branch opening hours and team pages, central admin for repeat prescriptions, group reporting.

What we do differently

Six mistakes we design out.

1. Burying the walk-in service in a sub-page

If Pharmacy First, or the Common Ailments Service in Wales, sits three clicks deep, patients phone the GP instead. We put it in the homepage hero with a short explanation patients can act on.

2. Claiming CQC when you mean GPhC

Community pharmacy is GPhC-regulated, not CQC. Template sites often carry CQC language over from a GP-clinic template. That’s a GPhC inspection finding waiting to happen. We get the regulator right.

3. Repeat-prescription form hidden behind "Services"

Patients who want to reorder shouldn’t have to hunt for it. We put it in the hero. The patient who came for a repeat now sees Pharmacy First, weight management, and travel clinics on the same screen.

4. Travel-vaccine bookings without 6-week-ahead nudge

Patients book travel jabs four days before they fly. We badge "6 weeks before travel" everywhere, and the booking flow nudges them to come back if their travel is too soon. No more awkward "we can’t help in time" conversations.

5. Weight-management copy that promises kilograms

"Lose 2 stone in three months" is an ASA complaint waiting. Our weight-management copy is GLP-1-aware, framed around eligibility and clinical suitability rather than outcomes.

6. Using the wrong nation’s NHS services

A Welsh pharmacy advertising “Pharmacy First” confuses patients and misdescribes your service. We build Welsh sites around the Common Ailments Service and NHS Wales signposting, in Welsh and English, and English sites around Pharmacy First.
